Psychology
Our psychology sessions offer tailored, evidence-based support to help you navigate the challenges of motherhood with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience.
Whether you’re preparing for motherhood, pregnant, or adjusting to life with little ones, we can support you through:
Feeling anxious, low, or overwhelmed in pregnancy or early motherhood
Finding it hard to bond or feel connected with your baby
Processing a difficult or traumatic birth, or preparing for birth with greater calm and confidence
Navigating identity shifts, relationship changes, or the adjustment to motherhood
Understanding and softening feelings of guilt, shame, or anger
Reflecting on your own childhood and creating new patterns for your family
Gaining support and strategies for responding to your child’s challenging behaviours
Motherhood can stir up many emotions — some expected, some surprising. Whatever season you’re in, support is here. Our sessions provide a safe, nurturing space to slow down, make sense of your experience, and feel more calm and connected.

We understand that getting to an appointment isn’t always easy — especially during pregnancy, early motherhood, or while caring for little ones. That’s why we offer telehealth psychology sessions, giving you the same professional support, care, and guidance in the comfort and privacy of your own home.
Book your session today and connect with us from wherever you are.
